Farrukh Shahbaz Warraich was born on February 12, 1993, in Lahore, Punjab. He began his journalistic career as a freelancer while still a student, writing numerous analytical columns on current political affairs and domestic politics of Pakistan. He has been associated with various print media groups, including the Royal Media Group and Jehan Pakistan Media Group.

He interned at several mainstream newspapers before being hired by PTV as a researcher after graduation. In the following years, he worked with several media outlets, including Royal TV and Daily Nayee Baat. In 2017, he joined Koh-e-Noor TV as a special correspondent and anchorperson. Currently, he serves as an anchorperson at UrduPoint.
